Times

Once payment has cleared items that are in stock are dispatched Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays by Royal Mail's Special Delivery Next Day service. Please note: if an item is dispatched on Friday it may arrive on Saturday but it is guaranteed to be with you before 1pm on Monday. Please be sure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel.

You will receive an email on the day of dispatch which will include the tracking code for the item. You can track your item by clicking here or visiting the Royal Mail website.

Charges

UK
Delivery on all orders, no matter how many items will cost £5.00

All deliveries to UK addresses will be sent by Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Next Day service which guarantees next working day delivery before 1pm. This also insures the item(s) for loss or damage. All UK deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.

Overseas
I will be happy to accept orders for customers outside of the UK but they may be subject to some further security checks, the consumer will be responsible for any customs duties or fees. Delivery overseas will incur a standard charge of £10.00. All deliveries to overseas destinations will be sent using Royal Mail’s Airsure service and will be fast-tracked out of the UK on the first available flight*. Delivery is not guaranteed, however items are tracked electronically and compensation will cover packages of up to £500, depending upon the destination.
