Welcome Contact Me Home Photography About Contact Information

Inspired by natural forms I take photographs that attempt to capture some of the complexities of nature. Whilst on a trip to New Zealand to learn about the environment and explore new landscapes I discovered the wonder of Maori bone carvings. Intrigued by the motifs, symbolism and customs borne from their respect for and reverence of nature I now carve wearable sculptures out of bone and other materials. Through these carvings I hope to inform people about this wonderful art form and the stories a noble people have to tell.
